ACS MAJOR RULES

OUTDOORS

• Build Out Line - defending players must retreat to build out line prior to start of play 
• No Heading Allowed - indirect kick if play is stopped for heading 
• Uncontested Goal - encourage no assigned "goal protector".  There is not a rule to govern this. 

INDOORS - with OUTDOOR RULES 

• Out of Touch Restarts - Throw-In 
• No Punting of Ball by Goalkeeper 
• Ball hits top net, keep playing 
• Ball hits side net, out of touch & restart 
• Halves: 2 X 20 minutes each - 1 minute halftime 
• Substitutions Open allowed at Referee Discretion
